- Rough opening, butyl tape the bottom flashing corners
 - Screw in window but not bottom flange
 - Install drip cap
 - Butyl tape top of drip cap and sides of window. This makes window water tight, with weep at bottom
 - add house wrap. Top is overlapped, ok. Sides are taped? This is still questionable, as tape traps water underneath.
