This is a 4 year work-study program for Build-Design - with students completing functional proficiency in the 20 trades that it takes to build a modern, energy efficient house including a renewable energy system. In addition to the Build-Design track, we offer the Construction Management track, for graduates interested in running build crews engaged in rapid, modular construction. The unique feature is that the build includes not only homes, but tools, machines, and materials involved in the house-build process. Bonus pay may include materials production, for optimizing the use of local and recycled material feedstocks. | ||

Executive Summary
