House Builder Enterprise - Learn everything around the enterprise ecosystem related to construction: Architecture-Landscape Design-Interior Design 101 - how to produce architecture drawing for the building department; Surveying 101 - using open source RTK gps to measure coordinates and identify markers using standard formats, Structural Engineering 101 - how to do first principle calculations. Reconciling with tables., Soils Engineering 101 - performing soil bearing capacity tests and soil tests; means and techniques for stabilizing earth and preparing sites for construction; Electrical Design 101- Generating Electrical Engineering Designs for ; Generating Architecture Drawings with Open Source Software; Site Elevations, Site Plan, Landscape Plan; Site surveying with drones. Digital twinning of landscapes. Working with 3rd party inspectors. How to get a General Contractor License, an Electrical License, Plumbing license, and HVAC license.
