- Inclusive - does not see us-vs-them dynamics, but instead thinks we are all in it together.
- Collaborative - the key aspect of a person who ceased carrying the cross of Jesus - ie, willing to work with others, lead, and be led as relevant to the situation
- Ambitious - have drive to do larger things
- Expanded consciousness - sees immense possibility
- Learning willingness - Not only accepts - but welcomes correction.
- Learning ability - fast or slow learner. Independent of learning willingness.
- Grit - Have they shown accomplishment of demanding tasks, physically, mentally, emotionally?
- Purpose - sees a higher purpose than mere survival, more like evolution and transcendence - the natural order of things
- Integrity - doesn't lie, follows their true calling
- Humility - having willingness to learn. Also, being 'called out by the times' to rise to higher purpose
- Entrepreneurial - ambition to go from good to a great, lasting organization that changes the world.
- Abundance Mindset - understands that there is enough for everybody.
- Humor - Smiles, as opposed to morose and serious.
- Focus - ability to eliminate distractions.
