I’m thinking [[EDM Drilling]] (which for personal-community shop scale is currently somewhere between documented DIY/OS Projects and COTS Kits from some of those said OS Projects so quite readily available albeit lacking occasional polish/ubiquity) may be ideal if it turns out that the closer you can get that hole to a point source the better. | |||
Also i bet those small drill bits are easy to snap too! | |||
The [[Applied Science (Youtube Channel) ]] EDM Drilling Video/Rig, and especially that recent OS [[EDM]] project could combine into a system for doing this repeatedly. | |||
Could also help if making a TON to sell the nozzles online like that blowtorch/diesel heater guy does on ebay | |||

I might move the “online research” into a mix of “Existing DIY/OS Work” and “Industry Standards” /“Commercial Off The Shelf” type sections to clean things up a bit, although i AM messing with other people’s edits/formatting if/when i do that though so if anyone objects/has better ideas PLEASE keep me posted on that!
