*Header - used tiedown strap to pull in sides, as right side was 1.5" off vertical. Cut header to fit. Nailed through king stud. [https://photos.app.goo.gl/P1kSZRivyDomwHFGA]

*Major lessons - no mods to modules.
*Numbered and prepared ahead of time.
*Major block once the T caps entered - blocking was impossible so it meant drilling holes to attach blocking. And slitting the OSB, weakening shear capacity.

  • Header - used tiedown strap to pull in sides, as right side was 1.5" off vertical. Cut header to fit. Nailed through king stud. [1]

  • Major lessons - no mods to modules.
  • Numbered and prepared ahead of time.
  • Major block once the T caps entered - blocking was impossible so it meant drilling holes to attach blocking. And slitting the OSB, weakening shear capacity.
