- Start with Kendra's (Western U) concept that students want leadership roles in the entrepreneurial world of student orgs
- Gather a Board of 6 for leadership
- Meet once a year for Board meeting in person.
- There is the 1000 builds in different locations - USA
- Build a Village - USA - the 'Nationals' are
- Do same with Volunteer Hours in Canada for High School - another audience.
- Prize incentivized for collaboration
