Exam
- In the RLF, you have 1000 tools, with performance data on time and quality documented doe each. For the 4 year apprenticeship, we start you as a construction manager at outlier pay, pending 90% and up score in the tool test

Metal Roof and Siding
- Take stack, predrill all holes on ridges. Saves 2-4x install time.
- use green laser for horizontal lines.
- Do every ridge, and 4' vertical distance
Cutting
- Set angle and depth of cordless circular saw for PV mount cuts
- Notch with a circular saw by doing multiple cuts then punching out the slabs
- Ultimate Grinder Wheel for many different jobs, but open source it
