Concept and Rollout
- Use off shelf components and industry standard refrigerants to design a working heat pump. 3D print casing etc.
- Productize for DIY and commercial build kits

- Productize for maintstream market (requires certifications etc)
- Move on to more advanced refrigerants (water, carbon dioxide, ammonia)
