Future Builders Academy operates as a track ecology. The Enterprise Formation Track produces real surplus and financial freedom through hardcore production. The Civilization Design Track allows designers, engineers, and information workers to contribute low-risk, high-leverage open artifacts that make production cheaper and more powerful. Over time, contributors can transition into field work, enterprise formation, or advanced open R&D. This structure allows wide participation without diluting accountability, while converting abstract talent into real civilization-building capacity.
