Evolution from Startup to Full Civ

OSE Institutional Scaling Model (v1 → v3)

The goal is to implement as many of the Advanced (well-developed parallel institutions) as early in the game as possible.

Process is to study industry standards (way things are done: for example factory farming or throwaway products or production line education, but here we do regenerative agriculture and lifetime design and renaissance education)
