Steps:

  • Setup
    • Safety Equipment
    • Pile up Rebar
    • Cut Measuring Stick
  • Pressing
    • Load Rebar into Die
    • Insert Die into Press
    • Align
      • Align Rebar into Die with Measuring Stick
      • Align Die in press
    • Press
      • Move press down
      • Bend Rebar
      • Move Press Up
    • Remove Die
    • Remove bent rebar
    • Repeat 66 times!


Lathe Wheel Axles

Tools:

  • Lathe
  • Clamps
  • Vice

Materials:

  • Shaft

Steps:

  • Load shaft onto lathe.
  • Align
  • Lathe
  • Remove lathed shaft
  • Stack to the side.
  • Repeat 4x
