• OSE Europe - website updated, communication.
• OSE Foundation - Charter finalized, everybody is on the team.
• Fundraising - attended the webinar, some value added. Initial Fundraising Strategy created.
• Microfunding Proposal - Edu and Michael are not available till the end of the month. We need Drupal and CiviCRM web developers.

October 9

• OSE Europe - website updated, communication with Josef (Foundation), Jalil (OSE presentation), Ezequiel and Jamie (Spain).

October 8

• Wiki - updated Marcin Log and searching for appropriate people to do that.

• OSE Europe - added more content to the website http://oseeurope.org and OSEE communication.
• Microfunding - speaking with Edu and deciding on the next steps for the first prototype.

• Microfunding - Change of strategy. Just implement a working prototype with the Personal Campaign. Communicated with everyone.

• Microfunding - Short coordination with Joe Hudson and everybody else on CiviCRM Personal Campaigns (1st prototype). Joe will start implementing the Personal Campaigns.
