To really bring a village built out of dirt bricks into the modern world we need a mobile computing platform.
It needs to be able to be battery powered, able to connect to communication systems, and able to run high-level abstract programs like typical "office" software and CAD/CAM programs.
Also, open source, but everyone knew that already :)
