Inventory Purchasing

Inventory shall be evaluated every Monday, and purchases made by the end of the day. A lead time of 1-2 weeks needs to be kept in mind for some purchases.

• For Surplus Center - a Monday order arrives on Friday. All hydraulics and fittings, motors, and many couplers come from there.
• Bolt orders can take a week if they are not in stock.
• Sweiger Shop has a 1 week turnaround typically. Use Sweiger shop for any supply that a custom fabrication shop would use - except for bolts - which are expensive there. Use MoKan for bolts.
• Ebay orders from China take 10 days.
