This blog post discusses organizational developments required for rapid development of the GVCS within 2 years and within a $2M budget.

Subject Matter Experts are a critical player in the rapid deployment of the GVCS. We are recruiting such experts. This wiki will list all the subject matter experts, their expertise, and commitments to the GVCS.
