Stepper motors can come in different inductances and resistances.
Resistance determines the current. Low current can be run with RAMPS - up to 2A with cooling

Check out the low rated voltage here - [1]. Does this mean that the stepper driver controls voltage to get the right current? What is the max power supply voltage of this stepper motor?
