We are creating a dashboard/control center for 100+ people collaborating over the Summer X 2020 program. The ideas is to facilitate building upon everyone's contributions.

Visual Commit Protocol

To facilitate ready awareness by hundreds of people on what every team member is doing, we use a Visual Commit Log:

It consists of an embedded Googgle presentation, OSE branded, and open for anyone to edit
Small screenshots are pasted to represent the most current work.
Each screenshot is hyperlinked to the source document or useful link.
Entries are made on the top page of the Google Presentation
New pages are brought to the top so that current work is at the top, for immediate access without scrolling down
