Marcin has indicated that he would like to see a prototype steam engine to be used in conjunction with the Solar Fire installation at Factor e Farm, which is planned for Sept. 2011.

That implies a schedule roughly like:

  • May - Finish design and dimension specifications
  • June - Finish build and fabrication instructions
  • July - Order parts
  • Aug - Prototype fabrication
  • Sept - Installation and testing
