- Maintenance Done before the part/system fails, rather than once an issue arises
- Requires more time/commitment, and in the case of replacing parts, money, but prevents unexpected Downtime
- Also may sometimes be an easier task done more frequently, rather than a difficult one unexpectedly

- Removal of Dust from the Bathroom Exhaust Fan Cover / Bathroom Exhaust Fan to prevent it getting clogged up and/or breaking
HVAC
- Dump Bleach Water down the HVAC Drain Lines to prevent Biofouling
