Basics

• A Spice derived from the dried bark of Cinnamomum Trees
• Essentially harvested in a manner similar to Short Rotation Coppice woody biomass farming
• Harvesting is not very mechanized as of now

• "Cinnamon Rubbing" and production of the final rolls
• Drying+Packaging/Shipping
