Discusses minimizing cognitive overload by minimizing possessions. Possessions possess the mind. The more flow you have, the less materialistic you become. The more flow, the more autotelic you are. Consider a purge.
But, autotelic character does not necessarily mean that you have larger purpose, even if you have your own purpose.
