According to current Apprenticeship Scaling, the earliest that this can happen with current thinking is 24 to 240, then each of the 240 to 24,000 with a Leadership Ratio of 100, which makes room for one campus replication. With the first 24000 village, we can consider wide replication by teaching 1000 students - a course of 8 years.
