A model based on Tom's Shoes where people buy one pair and Tom's Shoes gives a pair away to a poor person for free.

Applied to housing - we shift this model to production. Using equipment described at Cost Reduction - a trained person produces materials for their house by producing double the needed amount and keeping half. The OSE Universal Basic Assets enterprise keeps the other half - as a viable value generation model for sustaining a universal basic assets enterprise.

This relies on skilled people. The Future Builders Academy avails such skills.
