Only six trucks of gravel, for a building that has 3000 square feet of shop AND 2000 square feet of housing and shared space? Please let us know why the tight limit on gravel, I've seen 6 20 yard trucks of gravel used to create a 1500 square foot foundation.

David, this figure is from Marcin's budget. He also budgeted for concrete to be used for foundations as well. I have reordered the material list to make this apparent.
