It is nominally the same as Universal Basic Assets - but we replace Assets - a financial legal term - with 'resources' as a more congruent way to communicate about public productive infrastructures competitive with current proprietary production. We understand at the same time that 'free' is a difficult business model to execute. 'Competitive' here refers to being viable - while focusing on collaboration more than on competition.
