Construction Workers

Long term - 8 hour days
1 day - can be longer days
2 day - keep to 8 hours
Tools - OSE provides tools. Contractor may bring their own tools. Contractor responsible for their own consumables (blades, bits, etc) if they are using their own tools.
Teaching - contractors engage only in direct work tasks and provide instruction to helpers related directly to their work task. Contractors should not provide instruction not related to the immediate task being performed, unless they are asked specifically to take on broader instructor roles.
Design time does not count in work time. For example, any design work (new jigs, known design that needs to be created) should happen outside of work hours, unless specifically requested by management.
