Big Picture

The big picture is public design, the democratization of design/build power so that anyone can contribute to building the world they want to live in. This could mean their home, their enterprise, their life. To do this, we believe that public tools such as documented construction sets, CAD part libraries, visual icon construction sets - can enable anybody to design, build, and innovate on any technology.

Concept

• To take photos, CAD, icons, and other visuals and stylize them in a uniform way to make them usable as Pattern Language Icons, icons for diagrams, software drag-and-drop buttons, book content identifiers (example, light bulb icon = idea), process design icons, site signage icons, website icons, Visual Workshop signage.
