• This is my considered in-peogreas once a minimal of 24 people have passed Initiation - a basic commitment test which happens at the point that commitment is guaranteed via funding (RLF-documented), operations (housing security, site role acceptance), and study program defined. Typically one year. This marks the point where major progress and scaling possibility becomes material, with a robust education-production revenue model.
• Each student takes on a certain infrastructure -/governance, manufacturing, education, law, healthcare, agriculture, etc - and stewards that enterprise area for DMS Distributive Enterprise goals. For example, Geopolitics area builds out solar hydrogen or thermal batteries. Relies on Universal Numeracy and commitment to fundamental solutions. As program grows, others join the program. Steward may 'step down' or adjust role collaboratively if there are better leaders. This is geared at Wisdom via Consequences - which trains for wisdom, agency, and ethics. We publish this in a collaboratively-authored biennial release of Civ 2.0 book filling the world with hope. Global Infrastructure projects may include the cohort and successors developing designs such as: (1) OSE Charter, building upon and execution of SDG Goals or other global schema, (2) UN-equivalent global charter for security and its implementation consistent with abundance economics, (3), campus plan for 240 and transition to 1000 scale (like 'colleges' on a 'campus') - its organization and structure. And (4) steel and concrete for roads from one campus to the next - how much solar is required to build a 1 mile paved road, or nominally 10 miles (next campus).
• Primal Intelligence Lab - integration of reason, feelings, mind-bidy control, flow via food, health, sleep, biofeedback, inner observation. Geared at a civilizationcivilization gradee experiment so we don't export subhumanity to the universe.
• 2 days work 50/50 net revenue share as bread and butter with risk share.for responsibility. Responsible Design for incentives, training, performance, operations, growth, etc.
• Toms shoes model for housing - R&D dedicated to a sound revenue model for free housing - proving ground for Admired Leadership and transcendent business modeling
• 2 days learning + R&D. All learning is applied, such that projects are tag-team culative and time bound for future development by larger numbers of people. Thus, any project must be on fundamental impossible issues - and thus is of broad interest. Thus is applied civilization architectures - studying existing institutions to transform them.
• 1 day - 2 hr infrastructure, 2 hr personal or professional hackathon and week learning review. 2 hr RLF. . Latter is a seminar monetized for remote collaboration. Outcome is a Civ 2.0 book.
• RLF any time, 4000 items *5 min = 14 full days each year (repeated every year for burndown). 42 full days of 8 hr per year. Or 1 hr per day. But at end, as cross-fwrtilizatiin occurs, you master it faster, for which the learning period should approach Learning Escape Velocity.
• Iconic CAD AI assisted design mastery - understanding how to design and build anything, using part libraries and design guides.
• Documentation and photos are persistent and ongoing, with external or remote media production based upon it
