- Does it contribute to quality of First Builder Crash Course and 3 Month program?
- Clear Spec - what exactly is to be done?
- How is it high leverage?
- Person to do it - is one available or must they be recruited
- Role/Job Description - anything worth doing should be documented
- Failure mode analysis - evaluate ways the action can fail.
- Second order effects - how this propagates in program
- Is there a time budget allocatable vs existing commitments?
- Is there a budget, financial feasibility, or revenue model? Who pays? Generally, effort should be self-funded and have a clear value-generation stream.
- Failure mode analysis: not productive; time sink, as opposed to automated. Negative ROI.
