OSE Fellows are leading innovators selected by OSE to develop Distributive Enterprise. 6 Fellows will be selected in 2013 for a pilot program - and will work as 3 teams - to advance distributive enterprises based on the GVCS. These enterprises will be determined by the Fellows.
