XM Crash Course Development

This refers to producing any training materials - or Crash Courses - that could help any novice with a genuine intent to help - to do so with a week or less of specific training.

The training should be adapted and streamlined particularly for the needs of OSE. The focus of the training is flexible specialization, as opposed to anal-retentive perfectionism. Flexible specialization values diverse, cross-fertilizing skill sets - because interdisciplinary learning promotes a grounded, holistic perspective - the essence of Open Source Ecology.
