Marcin's Schedule

General

Next I will write up the same for volunteer positions - DPVs, Apprentices, Collaborators, Interns, etc. We need the Directors in place to manage the volunteers. In the meantime, I will serve as Production Director (training workshop peeps). I see my schedule as M-F:

1. Noon to 4 PM - scrum master and workshop work
2. 9-Noon - Organizational work - defining standards and procedures
3. 4 PM to 7 PM - other meetings, conference calls, reviews, errands, email handling, etc.
4. 7-10 - Recruiting

So about 12 hour days.

Main need to streamline workshop - Production Director. Farm Director and Construction Director are required to get those programs going.
