Calendar

Factor e Farm caldendars are used to organize our work. Basic procedure which applies to anyone and especially those who are interested in review and collaboration with others:

• Write a Work Plan for 6 Months
• Write major milestones in Marcin's Milestone Calendar.
• Fill out all work items on your own calendar - so that all the time is accounted for minus contingency time.
• To fill out the calendar, it may be useful to use Scrumy on Flashy XM to dump down tasks. Then transfer them to your calendar.
• Adjust calendar continuously.
• Write completed tasks in Product Log on Flashy XM

This way, one's WOrk PLan, Scrumy, Calendar, and Product Log should be completely transparent, allowing evaluation, review, and performance improvement.
