An open source hardware manufacturing method. Its focus is on open source design and collaboration, and the revenue model is Distributive Enterprise. Extreme manufacturing is lean in all respects. Such efficiency requires elimination of any form of waste, especially competitive waste. The name is derived from Extreme Programming,and this technique is currently under development.
