Logistics Email
Dear Participants,
The Open Source Ecology Aquaponics Workshop is coming up, and we are excited to have you with us. Here is some information to prepare you for this epic build.
First, all of you are required to fill out the logistics and expectations survey: arrivals, departures, accommodations, and more. Please fill out this survey to help us organize the logistics and to help you with accommodations:

Some important notes:
Registrations. There are currently 26 people registered for the workshop. The turnout has been very positive, even though we are quite late in the season. Dorm Rooms. We have a total of 22 beds in our shared dorm rooms. We have a total of 9 rooms, with 2-4 beds in each, and typically 2. 5 of these rooms are shown here so you can gauge your expectations. There are 4 more not shown, with similar beds but with doors to the outside of Hablab and not heated. Food. See Weather. The avarage temperature in Maysville, MO in November is high 50s (F) during the day and high 30s during the night (see graph of temperature for Maysville). Please bring warm clothing. Extra Tools. We will be doing a massive parallel build, and the main tools that we will use will be cordless drills, and other carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tools. There is no such thing as too many tools on the site. We have all the tools required for an effective build, but the more tools and spares is better. Bring cordless drills, cutoff and circular saws, jig saws, or any other utility tools, cutters, saws, your favorite tape measure, straight edge, level, hammer, and cordless drill. Protective Clothing. For build workshops, protective clothing is required. Please bring work boots, gloves, eye protection, hard hats, and earplugs. These will all be provided, but extras will be useful.
Please respond to this email if you have any other questions.
Thanks,
Marcin
