Polycarbonate regrind - $1/kg, Jan 2016
Polycarbonate pellet - $2/kg
Polyethylene - $1/kg.
PVC scrap - $200/ton - [1]

Polycarbonate is up to 2x more expensive, but at $1/kg for regrind, that is very cost effective for DIY 3D printed glazing.
