- A scaled up version of the Open Source Mobile Shiplift

- Is used for large / super-large personal craft, as well as medium to super large commercial craft

- Is usually non-mobile, but may connect to a "marine railroad" system like a Open Source Patent Slip does for transportation to/from the maintenance/build area
