These principles apply to large scale, scalable, open source, global, transparent, and inclusive collaboration.

  1. There are 2 main roles on the wiki: contributors and maintainers.
  2. All collaborators keep a work log. This allows for tracking of collaboration. Without keeping logs - maintainers will have a hard time coordinating and building upon contributions.
  3. Collaboration protocols rely on a shared understanding of these protocols. The protocols are always evolving. They are open to evolution, and you can edit them on the wiki. If you see a better way to do things, while adhering to OSE Specifications, simple edit a given Protocol. You can be an active contributor to developing prototocols - so if you don't like a protocol - do not complain about it - edit it. Simply copy a wiki page with the protocol and link from your log. If your changes are sound, they will be merged.
