1. Julia's Role Commitments for 2011

2. Fiscal Sponsorship (FS) Contract – status, parties identified, and review

  2. Parties: Terra Foundation and OSE as an unincorporated organization
  3. FS cut 1 by Thursday, 17th march

3. FS with unincorporated org → incorporation → tax exempt status

  1. Revisit incorporation after promotional materials are done

4. Fundraising Timeline Goals and Priotized

  1. Friday - bank account set up, and initial fundraising started - friends, awards
  2. Set up FS, bank account, donor relations materials, CiviCRM,
  3. CiviCRM deadline by March 26
  4. Full swing - May 1
  5. First quarter after full swing - June 10 vacation to August 17 - get into full circle of big donors
  6. Second quarter - August 21 - all funded by then
  7. Third quarter - goals are ambitious for full amount
  8. Mid June - resource development introductions to TED type people

5. Julia's Pay Structure

  1. 10% until a base level of $65k per year; if ramps up, last month may be more than 65/12k

7. Accountability procedures – what measures are in place to have money go

  1. Structural - marketing materials outline the trace of the money allocation process

8. Transparency Procedures for Resource Development continuity and expansion – Civi?

  2. We're interested in expansion to other states and countires. To facilitate this, we're committing to documenting the process as much as possible - for 2 reasons: (1) once a project is done, the implementor wants to move on instead of documenting; (2) nuances of the challenges, though important during development, are forgotten later on.
  3. Technical forum moderated and by invitation only, wiki notes as locked pages, and access-restricted CiviCRM database
  4. Resource Database for OSE - should be as open and accessible as possible

9. Office: software + equipment requirements and procurement
