Basics

Concrete made with at least some portion of Portland cement particles that are no greater than 100 μm and particles of silica no greater than 500 μm
Is supposedly made by HEM or high energy mixing which uses Concrete Mixing Energy greater than the [Usual Levels
The wikipedia page has some data, but more research must be referenced to be sure as to what specific energies uses
Can be Applied to Any Other Concrete Method (ie reinforced, compacted, foamed)
