Soap with charcoal added has become very popular in recent years. It has a mildly exfoliating effect.

- and cures all known and unknow diseases via the magical poweres of detox!

Will be a common source of non-plastic abrasive for exfoliating soap, thus no microplastic though which is great. Also easier to source than specific biomass (shells, fruit pits etc)
