The billets are produced on site with melt to crucible to vibrating water-cooled copper letting the melted steel out.

- Billet, cut to smaller chunks. Square rolled, cut again into smaller chunks. Then the round rolling. Cut again, as strands are quite long.

- 3" billet is about 25lb/ft [1]
- 6" piece gives about 1 stick of 20' of rebar
