The Metacrisis-Singularity Paradox states that in the presence of absolute first-principles abundance of energy, wealth, knowhow, and capacity - human civilization appears doomed.
The resolution of this paradox lies in a paradigm shift consisting of expanding human consciousness to comprehend complex systems, and using available technology to lift everyone up to mutually-assured abundance as we transition away from scarcity-based economic systems.
