An international competition with a $1Mprize given to collaborative country team who proposes the most profound and creative solutions to their pressing issues of the day. The team rules are work with other countries for best practice solutions, and provide startup strategies of cross-subsidized enterprise who works directly on those issues. This is a strong democracy platform for engaging creative solutions.
