Small mill From 1/2" Rebar to 1/32" Sheet or 1" stock to 4" wide Sheet (for angle)

Use 3" rollers.
Use 4130 steel, not CR - needs to be hard. Heat treat it - heat and qeunch in oil.
- Use an electric kiln for heat treat. Then quench oil at $20/gallon, not cheap but should last - [1]
