OSE Context

For OSE's Civilization Systems Engineering - which is complex systems theory applied to building new civilizations - we should collaborate with a few key leaders in the field for applied projects. OSE's route is generating resources to engage in civilization scale engineering, similar to efforts of corporations such as Google etc - which focus more on technological systems rather than integrated systems.
