XM Team Development

This is a critical step of the effort. By leveraging social capital of OSE, this step has a laser focus of:

1. Attracting world-class leaders:
   1. Advisors - minimum of 1 hour per month commitment with core development team members
   2. Mentors - minimum of 1 hour per week involvement with core team members
   3. SMEs - minimum of 1 hour per week in
   4. Engineers in Service - engineers who provide 1-4 hours per week of design and other services as in-kind tax-deductible contributions
2. Creating ready access to review and development processes - especially during development sprints and tight deadlines
