As you know the Shuttleworth Foundation really wants resources re-used and remixed. So thank you.

What you didn't know was that there is already a better version of that resourced for general use. I remixed the version that the Foundation uses in its contracts so that anyone using it can follow some simple in-text instructions to create a new agreement.

I also put in attribution logos and links and a disclaimer that the precedent itself doesn't constitute legal advice (yes...that is obvious but still) and licensing information.

I am attaching the open version for you to load on the wiki instead of the version that you've got up. In the one that I am sending you I've replaced the Shuttleworth funded logo used in that version with the current Shuttleworth funded logo. You will notice that the licence the Foundation prefers is CC By.

On the resources page at opencounsel you can see more legal resources for download, which you are welcome to load onto open source ecology. I will making more Shuttleworth and other open legal resources available there as I have time, and I'll ping you as I put them up.
