You can google pretty much open source stuff by Virginia Satire especially stuff on Family Systems (People Making) which she pioneered and in that book teaches communication. For me in my practice as a manager running meetings etc. I always used the blueprints from StarHawk from which those rules or steps are adapted loosely. Her book "Dreaming the Dark" is about how she organized protests against the Nukes and how she organized women in prison because of the protest. It's the most effective tool for meetings I have ever used! Her book Spiral Dance was the final push that ejected me out of evangelicalism too.
